There are many options for arriving by road: most people choose to take a private or public bus or taxi, particularly in winter when driving in snowy conditions can be hazardous.

We recommend that people only self-drive in winter if they are experienced drivers in extreme snowy conditions. It is also worth noting that parking is very limited in Niseko during winter in particular.
