New Family Lift For Niseko Hirafu

The Family Pair chair lift is being replaced for the coming winter.

Niseko Grand Hirafu Ace Family Pair Lift Upgrade 2

Niseko-Hirafu's new Ace Family lift, looking down from the ski slopes.

The upgrade of this lift has been long awaited as the Family Pair has seen some of the longest wait times for people wanting to get up the mountain during peak season.

The new lift is a high-speed, detachable quad chair which more than doubles lift capacity and takes guests further up the slope than before, some 300 metres above the base of the Ace Quad Chair.

The base of the lift will move upslope approximately 40 metres to provide greater space for GoSnow's magic carpet and beginner zone. The expanded GoSnow area will be perfect for beginner lessons with exclusive access to the magic carpet and priority lift access when classes are ready to go higher up the mountain.

The new Family Quad will be the 2nd new lift for Niseko-Hirafu in the last 2 years (King Hooded Quad). The upgrading of lifts is planned to continue across the resort including new lifts and Niseko-Annupuri and Niseko village resorts.
