Enjoy a unique pairing of California-style Japanese-made wines alongside Snow Castle Chef Ito's exclusive kaiseki (seafood) course dinner.

Miyoko and Takahide Sugimoto are winemakers whose Chateau Igai Takaha wine can be found on menus in Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, high class ryokans and more. Their wines are California-style wines, but are infused with a Japanese wabi-sabi sense of simplicity. They have enjoyed a steady flow of high ratings by wine critics around the globe, including a 95/100 rating by Robert Parker, one of the leading global wine critics.
