We tried the mulled wine and it was a warming treat after a day on the slopes. The cheese and charcuterie selection with delicacies from across Hokkaido is also well worth sampling. 

Niseko Taproom is your craft beer bar and rotisserie in the heart of Hirafu. You can’t go wrong with their local Hokkaido ales along with local sakes & Japanese whisky. Line your stomach with their delicious poutine and pub food options and you’re set for an enjoyable evening out!
