Last winter, Chef Maeda from Ki Niseko's An Dining helped us organise and write an article on Sake and Cheese. A wonderful combination, sake is right up there with wine as a pairing for cheese. This weekend, Chef Maeda has put together a menu featuring fabulous Niseko cheeses and wines from around Hokkaido.

Swing by An Dining to for a taste and enjoy live music between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
