Kate is originally from New Zealand and is always on the hunt for her next outdoor adventure. She was drawn to Hokkaido by the incredible winter snow, friendly people and love of wider Japan. When she's not on the slopes, she can be found cooking (and eating) up a storm, trekking through nature, or singing her heart out at a karaoke bar with her friends.
